This project was our first with Pact Construction and involved significant basement works below street level to allow for the inground fire tanks and pumps. Drenchers and hydrants were also installed in the complex.

Hydraulics installation to a very tight site including fire tanks & boosters to 48 apartments on Stirling St in Perth.

High rise residential development carried out for Jaxon Construction. That required everything from sewer works to storm water to fire pumps and tanks.

New office facilities ajoining an existing medical premises, which required connection to the ministers sewer and extensive fire services, including fire tanks and pumps.

A variety of retail shops including IGA which required fire services, grease traps and grease lines all suspended throughout the undercroft carpark.

This is the new home for VDM. We carried out all the hydraulic services from the sewer right through to the fire services throughout the building.

We were commissioned by the builder to supply and install the hydraulic services to this multi-tenanted complex on Civic Boulevard in Rockingham.

This was an extensive renovation and an additional new construction, to be the new home for the Women’s Health & Family Services

This project involved the addition of a conference room/bar to the existing premises. There was extensive fire mains, pumps & tanks along with an upgraded 65mm gas service, sewer, stormwater & water mains.
