Hi Casotti My name is Maggie (Scarborough). Tom attended an emergency call out from me on Sunday evening, and attended again on Tuesday, with Julian. I just want to let you know how very impressed I am with these 2 young men. On Sunday evening Tom responded to my call quickly, even though it was at the end of Father's Day and it was already dark. I am sure he would have much preferred to have been settling down for the evening and preparing for the week of work ahead. Tom arrived with a pleasant nature, very polite and considerate of my predicament. He identified the problem immediately and made temporary repairs safely and efficiently. On Tuesday, Tom returned with Julian to complete repairs. Both Tom and Julian worked together to complete the work safely and efficiently. Throughout the whole process they were both very polite, helpful and respectful of myself and my home. Most of all, they were kind, patient and compassionate to my 2 pet dogs and cat. These are two exceptional young men who are an asset to your business and work team. My congratulations to Casotti Plumber's on finding such outstanding staff.
